Baked Mantis Shrimp

Rinse the mantis shrimp with water and remove it

Heat the wok, put the washed mantis shrimp into the pot (you don't need to put water, the mantis shrimp will release water during the baking process)

Cover the pot and cook on medium heat

About 5 minutes, the water in the pot is boiled dry. Serve and eat with seasoning (seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste)

Hold the head and tail of the mantis shrimp with both hands and move it up and down, so that the shell will loosen slightly
