Spicy Black Soy Shrimp
1.
Wash the Pipi shrimp repeatedly, control the water, and put it in a pot for later use.
2.
Cut the onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili separately and set aside.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, add the Pippi shrimp.
4.
Stir-fry the Pipi shrimp over high fire (because the Pipi shrimp itself contains water, it will not paste the pan), serve it out, and set aside for later use.
5.
Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili until fragrant.
6.
Add the stir-fried Pippi shrimp and continue to stir-fry evenly.
7.
Put in the right amount of salt, oyster sauce and Laoganma tempeh, and stir-fry in the middle to prevent the pan from getting stuck.
8.
Continue to stir-fry evenly and serve in about 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. If you like the spicy taste, you can add a proper amount of sesame pepper in steps 2 and 5.
2. If you are worried that the Phi Phi shrimp is not cooked, you can also add a small amount of water after step 7 to make a swell.
