Spicy Pipi Shrimp

Clean the Pippi shrimp with a toothbrush and drain the water. Set aside hot oil, sauté the peppercorns, filter out, and stir-fry the Pippi shrimp

Stir-fry until the pipi shrimp turns red and the prawn skin is dry. Pour a little cooking wine and minced ginger and garlic

Add dried red pepper, add salt and add chives before cooking
Tips:
1. When frying the pipi shrimp, add more oil and stir it slowly with low heat
2. The amount of chili is increased or decreased according to your preference
