Cut 50 grams of marshmallows, small pieces will melt easily.

Goat milk powder used for milk powder has a stronger flavor. In the case of the same amount, the finished product of skimmed milk powder is the hardest, followed by whole milk powder, and goat milk powder is the softest. The milk flavor is also sorted like this.

Cocoa powder is 3 grams. If cocoa powder is not added, milk powder can be added to 32 grams, or the cocoa powder can be replaced with the same amount of matcha powder. The finished product is matcha-flavored nougat. Stir the cocoa powder and milk powder evenly.

Prepare 60 grams of toasted oats (usually baked, not introduced here, there are more ingredients, and a new book will be given next time). The added ingredients can be adjusted according to their volume. The roasted oatmeal particles are relatively small, and I prepare more. If it is dried frozen fruit, the volume is large and the weight is small, it is necessary to reduce the dosage (try more).

15 grams of coconut oil. Coconut oil or butter can be used as the oil. In the case of the same amount, the finished butter will be softer. Of course, the taste of these two oils is also different. The toasted oatmeal uses coconut oil, so it is used here.

Prepare the mold, oil-proof cloth and scraper. Be sure to prepare them first.

Put the oil on the non-stick pan and turn on the stove. The inner pot of the rice cooker I use is very convenient, but you must wear thick gloves to prevent scalding.

Heat oil and put marshmallows.

Stir the whole process until the original marshmallow is melted, as shown in the figure. If the marshmallow turns yellow during frying, it is because the fire is too high. You can remove the pan from the fire to control the temperature.

Put in the evenly mixed milk powder.

Add toasted oats and continue to stir. The whole process can still control the temperature by leaving the fire.
