Baked Pansa Fish Fillet with Cheese

Wash the pansa fish fillet and marinate in salt for 10 minutes.

Dry the surface of the pansa fish fillet, spread a layer of pepper, and coat it with flour evenly.

Heat the oil to 80%, put the flour-coated pansa fish fillet into the pan and fry until golden on both sides (about five minutes).

Put the fried fish on a plate, sprinkle a layer of breadcrumbs and ground peanuts, then chop the cheese and place it evenly on top of the fish.

Then put it in the microwave or oven and bake for three minutes and you're done
