Baked Pudding
1.
Separate the egg white and egg yolk, put the three separated egg yolks in a container, and add 3 spoons of white sugar.
2.
Stir well to melt the sugar, then pour in the cream and stir again.
3.
Pour the milk into the stainless steel basin.
4.
Pour in the beaten egg yolk cream.
5.
Heat on a small fire until small bubbles are formed.
6.
Pour the ingredients into the mold, pour hot water about 1/3 of the height of the pudding mold into the baking pan, preheat the oven to 160° in advance, put the baking pan in the oven, and bake for about 25 minutes.
7.
After baking, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
8.
After taking it out, buckle the pudding into a plate and pour honey. Add flowers and grass to decorate it, but I am more handicapped, and the decorations are not good-looking.
Tips:
1. The milk taste is quite good, so you should replace the milk with soy milk to make it.
2. The oven temperature and time are for reference only.
