Baked Rice with Cheese and Pineapple

Cut the pineapple in half, use a spoon to scoop out the meat inside to form a groove

Dice carrots and peel corn into pieces

Heat oil in a pan, add carrots and corn and stir fry

Add pineapple meat, cooked rice and shrimp, add salt and fry until cooked

Pour the rice into the pineapple and sprinkle with the right amount of mozzarella cheese
