1. Dice onions, carrots, and zucchini. Mince garlic, chop green onion, and beat 2 eggs.

2. The tuna is soaked dry and salted, and marinated for half an hour.

3. Heat the scrambled eggs in a hot pan and serve.

4. The fried tuna is thicker, so it is estimated that it will be turned over after 5 minutes, and the sides will be fried at the same time. After frying, tear open and set aside.

5. From the frying pan, add the onion and fry until soft, then add the minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

6. Add carrots, zucchini, diced pineapple, eggs and tuna in turn.

7. Pour in the hot rice and stir-fry. Finally, you can add diced tomatoes. Because the children don't like to eat them, I didn't add them this time. Add salt, black pepper and chopped green onion at the end.
