Recently, I have become fascinated by the sweet and sour pineapple, paired with the sauce, the delicious and juicy rice, full of fruity aroma, refreshing and appetizing. Too lazy to wash the pot, just use the rice cooker.

Stewed Rice with Pineapple Sauce

1. Peel the pineapple, cut the flesh into pieces, and cut the sauce into small pieces.

2. Put the cleaned rice into the inner pot of the rice cooker, add seasonings and stir. (Seasoning: 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 small piece of rock sugar, half a spoon of salt)

3. Add pineapple, sauced meat, and water to start cooking mode.

4. Sprinkle chopped green onion after serving.
