Baked Scallops with Cheese

Prepare the raw materials, chopped cheese, chopped chives, choose fresh scallops, and salad dressing according to your own taste;

Wash the purchased scallops, take out the intestines of the scallops, remove half of the scallops, and place them in a baking tray;
3.
Squeeze salad dressing on each scallop;
4.
Sprinkle with chopped shallots and cheese (some do not sprinkle with chives, my host does not eat chives);
5.
Put it into the preheated oven, the upper and lower pipes of the oven are 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
Tips:
Be sure to clean the scallops to prevent eating them from affecting the taste.
