Baked Shell Noodles with Chicken and Mushrooms

Dice mushrooms, dice chicken, dice red and yellow peppers, and mince garlic and onions.

Put the shell noodles in water and cook for 8 minutes to remove.

Put 10 grams of butter in the pan, saute the onion and minced garlic. Add the mushrooms and two-thirds of the red and yellow peppers, add salt and pepper. Fry until the mushrooms become soft.

Turn off the heat and stir in the shell noodles.

Put all the ingredients in a baking bowl, spread mozzarella cheese, sprinkle with pizza straw, and add the last red and yellow peppers. 220 degrees, middle level, 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. Shell noodles can be replaced with rice, which becomes baked rice.
2. I have never eaten baked noodles before. It might be better to stir-fry after looking at the recipe, so I stir-fried it.
3. Other types of pasta can also be used.
