Baked Shell Noodles with Seafood and Bacon

Head the prawns, peel off the gut, and marinate for 15 minutes with salt, cooking wine and starch.

Grated mozzarella cheese.

Cut bacon into pieces.

Add salt and salad oil to the water and cook the shell noodles until there is no hard core.

Add butter to the pan.

Add the shrimp and stir fry until cooked and set aside.

Stir-fry bacon and set aside.

Saute the minced garlic with butter.

Add peas and corn and stir fry.

Add milk and cook until it is slightly sticky.

Pour in the cooked shell noodles and fried bacon, add a little salt.

Prepare the container. I don’t have a baking pan, I use a small square cake pan.

Pour the fried noodles into the container.

Tips:
Pay attention to the low melting point of butter, so use a small fire.
