Banana Bread

Add sugar and salt to the egg liquid and beat until the color becomes lighter and thicker.

Add corn oil three times and beat well, then add yogurt and beat well.

Add banana chunks and nuts and mix well.

After mixing the powder, sieve it twice and add it without excessive stirring, just mix until there is no dry powder.

Pour the batter into the mold according to the degree of battering one layer of black beans.

Preheat the oven up and down at 170 degrees and put it in the middle of the grill. Bake for about 40 minutes.

Take it out of the oven and let it cool, then demould, and cut into pieces according to your favorite size.
Tips:
1. All-purpose flour can be replaced with low flour and 50% corn flour. Use thicker yogurt. If you don’t like black beans, you can replace it with something else, or don’t add it;
2. Mold size: 17.5cm*21.5cm, if the mold is not anti-adhesive, it needs to be anti-adhesive in advance;
3. The baking temperature and time are for participation only, please adjust appropriately according to the oven performance.
