Banana Cream Scones
1.
The bananas are pressed into puree with a spoon, because they are the ripe ones, they are easy to handle
2.
Self-raising powder mixed with sugar
3.
Add the mashed banana and light cream, and directly mix it with your hands to form a dry dough with moderate humidity. Don't knead it, it will be fine if there is no obvious dry powder.
4.
Sprinkle some anti-sticking flour, flatten the dough gently, about 2cm thick, the surface is not required to be smooth; use a round, square or love-shaped mold to buckle out the Scone dough, and place it on a baking pan with oiled paper
5.
Finally, put it in the middle of the preheated oven, 200 degrees, about 20-30 minutes, you are done!
Tips:
* I bought the ideal brand of self-raising powder, which is exactly 400g for a pack; I bought the whipped cream from Nestle, which is exactly 250g for a small box;
* I like sweeter ones, 100g of sugar is estimated to be not enough, you can add more; however, the slight sweetness is just right when smeared with blueberry sauce;
* Bananas must be well-ripe, the roasted bananas have a strong flavor and are easy to press into a puree
* When adding whipped cream, it is not necessary to add it all at once, depending on the humidity of the dough; if it is too dry, you can add an appropriate amount of milk;
* Be sure not to knead the dough, just mix it slightly until there is no dry powder. This is similar to Muffin;
* The size of the buckle mold determines how many scones you make; I used this heart-shaped mold and the amount of raw materials to bake two plates of CKF-25B;
* The baking time depends on the temper of each oven. If the surface color is too fast in the middle, cover with tin foil;
* If you have not finished eating, the taste will change the next day, but it is OK and not unpalatable;
* Another way to use self-raising powder, please see the last food-Banana Chocolate Muffin^^
Break it apart from the middle and put a layer of blueberry sauce on it, Very Good!
