During the summer vacation at my family’s home, a friend of my mother gave us this pie. My daughter really liked it at the time. He and she thought it was very interesting. Each layer was layered, and it was very sweet because of the addition of pumpkin. When I went home, I sometimes clamored for me to cook for him. I asked the aunt how to do it? So I made this pumpkin layer cake. It was really delicious and very soft.

Tips:

When folding, each layer must be brushed with oil so that the layers will be clearer. If you like to eat sweeter, add white sugar to the steamed pumpkin while it is hot, and don’t leave it after the dough is rolled into pieces. Add more salt. If there is no self-raising powder, it is the same as adding yeast to the flour.
