Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a mold.

Weigh 300 grams of water.

Put the water in two bowls, add xanthan gum to one bowl, add konjac gum to the other bowl, mix well and wait for a while. If the xanthan gum does not dissolve well, you can mix it in a mixer.

Pour the xanthan gum liquid and the konjac gum liquid into the pot, add salt and sugar, and stir while boiling. When the water boils, turn to a low heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
