Ingredients

Banana Sticky Rice Cake

1. Fill a glass bowl with glutinous rice flour and milk powder;

2. Mix the powder well;

3. Add water to make a paste.

4. Peel the banana and take a small dish of coconut powder.

5. Put the blended glutinous rice syrup for about 10 minutes into the steamer with a cover;

6. Steam for 15 minutes;

7. Take out and let cool;

8. Rub the strips and cut into pieces.

9. Put banana chunks in the shape of a cake, knead round and dipped in coconut powder;

10. Keep it in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes before eating.
