I haven't eaten egg tarts for a long time, and my daughter is greedy again. There is a banana left at home. I made this banana egg tart. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was delicious.

Banana Tart

1. Put the milk in the pot and boil the sugar to melt

2. Pour in evaporated milk and stir evenly, serve and let it warm

3. Sift in low-gluten flour and stir so that it has no particles

4. Add the egg yolk and stir well

5. Filter twice to make tart water

6. Cut the banana into small pieces and put it into the bottom of the tart

7. Pour the eighth-full tart water

8. Preheat the oven, bake at 190 degrees for about 18 minutes
