Banana Tart

Separate the egg out of the yolk

Boil the milk in a pot
3.
Put the sugar to melt
4.
Pour in evaporated milk and stir evenly, serve and let it warm

Sift in low-gluten flour and stir so that it has no particles
6.
Add the egg yolk and stir well
7.
Filter twice to make tart water
8.
Cut the banana into small pieces and put it into the bottom of the tart
9.
Pour the eighth-full tart water
10.
Preheat the oven, bake at 190 degrees for about 18 minutes
Tips:
The tart water needs to be filtered twice, I don’t have much sugar, it’s not too sweet
