Banana Tart

Cut the banana into small pieces,

The custard crust is taken out of the refrigerator and thawed naturally,

Add white sugar to the milk,
4.
Bring to a boil, turn off the heat,

Add whipped cream and stir while pouring,
6.
Add cornstarch, mix well,
7.
Add egg yolk,
8.
Stir thoroughly and the tart water is ready,
9.
Pour the tart water into the egg tart crust, 8 minutes full,
10.
Add banana segments,
11.
Put it into the preheated oven, 200 degrees, middle level, upper and lower fire, bake for 20 minutes.
Tips:
These amounts are just enough to bake 6 egg tarts. If you make more, you can double the ingredients.
