Banana Walnut Muffin

Put the ripe bananas in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them for later use.

Whole egg with brown sugar

Beat well with a whisk.

Add salad oil and stir well.

Add milk.

Mix well.

Mix the low-gluten flour, baking powder and baking soda through a sieve and pour into the liquid mixture.

Stir it with a rubber spatula into a uniform batter.

Scoop the batter into a paper mold, about seventy full, and put an appropriate amount of chopped walnuts on the surface of the batter. Put it into the preheated oven, heat up to 150°C, lower heat to 130°C, and bake for 25 minutes.
