Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce
1.
Cut the pork plum meat into slices about 2cm thick (the length can be any length)
2.
Pat the surface of the meat flat with a knife to loosen it (patching on both sides), about 6 times on each side
3.
Then use a fork to pierce some small holes in the meat (steps 2 and 3 are all to loosen the meat so that it will taste better when marinated)
4.
Green onion, sliced horse ear pieces, sliced ginger
5.
Put the meat slices into the food bag, add green onion, ginger, white pepper, barbecued pork sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce
6.
Tighten the mouth and knead so that the seasoning is evenly coated on the surface of the meat slices, and then sealed in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 36 hours (take it out and knead it twice in the middle to make it more flavorful)
7.
Make a honey sauce before roasting: 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of water to make honey sauce
8.
Take out the meat slices and return to room temperature, and put them on the grill (you can use an equal-sized baking pan to pour a little water under the grill to catch the dripping grease and sauce. For easy cleaning, it can also be lined with a layer of tin foil)
9.
Air fryer 180 degrees, set for 20 minutes, bake for 2 minutes on both sides (this will make the surface dry and make it easier to dip in the honey)
10.
Take it out and put it in a honey bowl full of honey
11.
Put it in the baking tray and continue to bake to the end
12.
Take it out and cover it with honey again, put it in an air fryer, 205 degrees, continue for 6 minutes until the color is even
Tips:
1. The portion of the barbecued pork sauce should be sufficient, and the marinating time should be long enough, so that the roasted meat is delicious
2. Use the back of a knife to pat the meat loose and the socket, which is conducive to the taste.
3. It can also be made with an oven, and the time and temperature should be adjusted according to the temperament of the oven
