Fried Diced Pork with Capers

1. Dice pork plum meat

2. Add salt, light soy sauce, starch, sugar, white pepper and stir evenly and marinate for 15 minutes to taste

3. Wash capers and cut into small cubes

4. Garlic moss diced

5. Peel and dice carrots

6. Chopped garlic

7. Chopped onion

8. Add the chopped onions in a hot pot and stir fry to create a fragrance

9. Pour in the diced meat and cooking wine, stir-fry until it turns white and remove it for later use

10. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the red oil in Pixian bean paste

11. Pour in the garlic moss and carrots and stir well

12. Pour the capers and stir-fry evenly for about 1 minute

13. Pour in the fried diced meat and stir fry evenly

14. Add a little boiled water and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add salt and sugar to taste

15. Finally, add the minced garlic, stir in the water starch, and stir well

Tips:

1. The meat must be marinated in advance to taste and stir fry before it is delicious.
2. Adding sugar can neutralize the sour taste. Don't use too much salt. The capers themselves have a salty taste.
