Barley and Lily Sweet Soup

Soak barley and lily for 1 hour;

Tips:
Regarding sugar, if you focus on cooling off, rock sugar is the first choice; if you focus on weight loss, use honey; if there is nothing special about it, you can directly use white sugar as long as it quenches your thirst and cools down.
