Barley and Red Bean Drink

Wash the barley and red beans after soaking for 1 hour and put them in the pot.

Add water, bring to a boil on high heat, and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and simmer for a while.

Turn on the heat and cook for another 3 minutes.
5.
Repeat 3 times, then boil, add red dates, brown sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
6.
After boiling, add ginger slices and cook for a while.
7.
After cooling, put it into a bowl and eat.
