Barley and Tangerine Peel Lao Duck Soup

Soak the barley for half a day, wash and drain, wash the old duck, cut into pieces, prepare the tangerine peel, wash the ginger, peel and slice, wash the green onion

Put clean water in the pot, put the duck pieces, pour the cooking wine, and boil

Remove and rinse

Put ginger slices in the pot and put duck pieces

Add barley, tangerine peel, green onion knot

Put in a proper amount of water, simmer for 3 hours, add salt 20 minutes before out of the pot, and stir well (I use a rice cooker)
