Barley Bone Soup

Soak barley and lotus seeds two or three hours in advance, change the water halfway

Wash the bones, soak them in clean water, then boil them in boiling water, pick them up and rinse them with tap water.

Wash the casserole, put the bones and ginger slices, add appropriate amount of water, add barley and lotus seeds to stew

Put the winter melon after the soup is simmering for nearly two hours. When the winter melon is cooked, you can add salt to the pot.
