Barley Frozen Lemon Water

Wash the barley first, and soak for 2 hours (for faster cooking)

To cook barley, I cooked it in a rice cooker today. Be careful not to cover it with the rice cooker, otherwise the water will run out after boiling.

After the barley is cooked, clean the foam floating on it

Add rock sugar, add more or less according to your taste, and wait for it to cool

Finally, add ice cubes, barley, lemon, and barley water to the cup, a cup of frozen lemon water is ready (green lemon is better)

The others are kept in the refrigerator. The sweetness and lemon flavor of barley is really good.
Tips:
Iced is better, green lemon is better
