I like the fresh scent of fresh lily most. I rarely eat dried lilies. They are stewed together with barley and red dates, and a little red kidney beans are added, which is delicious. Barley contains a certain amount of vitamin E, which is a kind of beauty food. Regular consumption can keep human skin shiny and delicate, eliminate acne, stains, and improve skin tone. It also has a certain therapeutic effect on warts caused by viral infections.

Ingredients

Barley, Red Date, Fresh Lily, Brown Sugar Water

1. Wash barley and red kidney beans and soak for several hours

2. Wash big red dates

3. Fresh lily peeled off yellow petals

4. Peel and wash, and drain the water

5. First add the red dates, barley and red kidney beans to the stew pot

6. Stew for an hour and a half. This time period is just in time for the red kidney beans and barley to simmer and bloom

7. Add lily

8. Add brown sugar for sweetness and cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Tips:

1. The fresh lily will be boiled once, and it will be added at the end.
2. Barley and red kidney beans are not easy to boil, so they should be soaked for several hours after washing.
3. You can add sugar as you like, rock sugar, white sugar, and honey are all free.
