The bayberry is not very good for storage. My father picked two baskets and sent them to me. He didn’t dare to eat them all at once, so he might get angry. He simply boiled a few bottles of jam and prepared them to make cakes and sweet and sour bread. There are no countless bayberry jams, but you can’t buy them outside.

Bayberry Jam

1. Wash the bayberry, soak it in salt water, put the pulp into the pot, weigh about 500 grams

2. Put one lemon juice into the pot, put 80 grams of rock sugar

3. Add 120 grams of maltose, stir evenly, turn on a low heat, and keep stirring

4. After boiling out the water, turn on medium heat and keep stirring

5. Slowly the water evaporates, and even big sugar bubbles emerge

6. Concentrate the moisture to the amount shown in the figure, and put it into a clean bottle
