When the bayberry is mature, you can't finish it for a while. You can wash the bayberry and wipe off the water on the surface, and then put it in the freezer layer of the refrigerator in a fresh-keeping bag to extend the eating time of the bayberry. When you want to eat it, it is also good to eat it directly or to juice it with bayberry meat. Bayberry contains glucose, fructose, citric acid, malic acid, oxalic acid, lactic acid and rich vitamin C and other ingredients. It is used for insufficient stomach yin, or excessive drinking, thirst in the mouth; unbalanced stomach or lack of diet, vomiting and eating less; diarrhea or dysentery.

Bayberry Juice

1. Washed bayberry

2. Cut the bayberry with a knife

3. Then put it in a bowl, add sugar to marinate

4. The bayberry has been marinated in a lot of water

5. Pour into the saucepan, add appropriate amount of water

7. Simmer

8. Then squeeze and filter the bayberry cores with a spoon

9. The bayberry juice is ready, it tastes better if it is iced

Tips:

The bayberry needs to be marinated with sugar, it will release a lot of water.
