Tips:
1. Bazhen powder can be bought in pharmacies ready-made, or you can buy semi-finished products and grind them into powder by yourself;
2. Ginseng is a relatively expensive medicine in traditional Chinese medicine. It is mainly used for patients with severe qi deficiency, insufficient vitality, and long-term illness. People with warm nature, cold and fever, sore swelling and poison, and yin deficiency and dryness are still prohibited from taking ginseng, so I did not put ginseng powder in the Bazhen cake. Please consult a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine for what kind of constitution you can take ginseng.
