Bbq Vegetables

Slice the sausage, wash and slice the shiitake mushrooms, and cut the dried tofu into wider slices.

Chop the green onion and ginger, and prepare the barbecue seasoning (cumin, chili noodles, sesame, MSG, and salt mixture).

Wash vegetables and control water.
4.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the scallions and ginger.
5.
Saute the sausage until fragrant.
6.
Saute the mushrooms until fragrant.
7.
Add dried tofu and stir well.
8.
Put all kinds of vegetables.
9.
Stir-fry the greens and stir well.
10.
Add barbecue seasoning.
11.
Stir fry for a minute or two, then out of the pan.
12.
Finished product.
