Scrambled Eggs with Cumin Sausage

2 eggs, beaten up.

5 sausages.

Cut the sausage into pieces with a hob.

Cut the green onions diagonally.

Fill the pot with oil and heat, fry the eggs and serve.

Fill the pot with oil again, heat up, and sauté the ginger fragrant.

Add the sausage and stir fry until the edges of the sausage are slightly browned and crumpled.

Add cumin grains and sauté fragrant.

Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry evenly.

Add the shallots.
