Bean Noodle Gnocchi

Prepare a bag of glutinous rice noodles, a bowl of bean noodles, the bean noodles are compacted with a spoon (mine is already pressed), a pair of chopsticks, a basin of water, and a slotted spoon (I forgot to take the photo above).

Put glutinous rice flour in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, and mix the noodles

Now, you can start cooking glutinous rice balls!

Use a slotted spoon to remove the cooked glutinous rice balls and drain the water slightly

Put the glutinous rice balls in the bean noodles, coat the bean noodles, put the bean noodles in the bowl

Finally, top with honey and a bowl of bean noodle glutinous rice balls is ready!
Tips:
The rest of the bean noodles can still be used. Seal them with plastic wrap. They don’t need to be stored in the refrigerator and can be stored at room temperature. Convex ^-^ convex
