Bean Noodle Roll

Prepare glutinous rice flour and put it in a pot.

Add water and knead. (Add water little by little)

Prepare a flat-bottomed plate and brush it with cooking oil. Press the kneaded dough into a cake and put it on the plate, put it in the pot and steam for 20 minutes

Let cool after steaming

Sprinkle more cooked bean noodles on the panel

Roll out the cool glutinous rice noodles into a rectangular pancake and put a layer of red bean paste on top
7.
Roll it up from the bottom up
8.
Cut into pieces and eat.
