Ingredients

Bean Paste

1. French meringue.

2. Red bean paste.

3. Fold several puff pastry together (with water between each layer) and roll it out.

4. Spread the bean paste filling.

5. Roll up.

6. Cut into sections.

7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

8. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35 minutes.

9. Finished product.

Tips:

The baking temperature and time are adjusted according to the temperature of the oven at home.
The number of folding layers of the crisps can be adjusted by itself.
