French Pastry Chicken Pie

Ingredients: minced chicken, chopped onion, puff pastry, curry cubes, potatoes

Mix the mashed potatoes, chicken, chopped onion, and curry cubes, and add appropriate amount of butter, salt, and black pepper

After the puff pastry softens at room temperature, wrap it in curry filling and brush with egg wash on both sides

Fold diagonally, press and glue on both sides, make three cuts with a knife

Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds

Preheat the oven up and down at 200 degrees, then send the baking pan to the middle level

Tips:
The chicken is too crumbled and doesn’t feel. Next time, cut it into small pieces and eat it while it’s hot.
