Lazy Version of Lemon Scented Apple Pie

1. Prepare ingredients: French meringue, Rui O cocktail, apple, lemon, egg, sugar, butter

2. Peel and core the apples and cut into fine apple diced pieces

3. Put the butter in a non-stick pan

4. Heat over low heat until the butter melts
