Fried red bean paste in advance. Cook the red beans, stir it in the cooking machine, add lard, and fry with sugar until dry. Make a youth group, each about 22 grams, rounded and set aside. There is no cooking machine that can be fried directly in the pot, but it is not so delicate.

Prepared glutinous rice flour, corn starch. If you like chewy, you can add appropriate amount of rice flour instead of glutinous rice flour.

Boil water in a pot and add a little baking soda. The bitterness can be removed, and the color is also beautiful.

Add wormwood to blanch water. Take it out and soak it in clean water. Some pro blanched water was soaked overnight to remove the bitter taste of wormwood. I washed it with cold water and squeezed it out for use.

After squeezing the water from the wormwood, add the wall breaker and add boiling water to 250ML. Stir the fruit and vegetable stalls.

Then pour directly into the glutinous rice flour, while it is hot, stir with chopsticks. Add 5 grams of lard.

Then knead it with your hands. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent air drying.

Take the dough, about 42 grams, and flatten the red bean paste. Close your mouth and rub it round.

Put the prepared Qingtuan on the steamer. Use zong leaves or oil paper to cut small pieces on the mat to prevent sticking.

Bring water to the pot and steam on high heat for 20 minutes.

Wrap it with plastic wrap after cooling. It's oily, and my daughter said it's cool and delicious.
Tips:
1. Adding baking soda can remove the bitter taste of wormwood. If not, blanch a little bit of vegetable oil, blanch the water and soak overnight.
2. If there is no cooking machine, you can chop it directly and add it to the rice noodles. But it should be boiled until rotten.
3. The filling is free. There are red bean paste and meat dishes. This is my first time. Please advise me if there is anything I can't do.
