Bean Paste Fried Cake

Prepare materials.

Pour boiling water into the flour while stirring quickly with chopsticks.

Drizzle in a small amount of oil several times and knead it into a dough.

Divide the dough into nine equal parts and round them.
5.
Take a dough and press it flat.
6.
Add the red bean paste filling.
7.
Wrap the red bean paste filling and rub it round and close down.

Wrap all the fillings one by one.

Take a wrapped dough and dip it in egg liquid, then wrap it in breadcrumbs.

Press lightly to form a round slab.
11.
Make all the green bodies one by one.

Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, draw out the frying basket of the air fryer, and place the greens in the frying basket.

Push the basket into the fryer, 180 degrees, about 10 minutes

You can pull out the frying basket in the middle to check, and you can get out of the pan after both sides are golden brown.
Tips:
1. If the fried cake is made entirely of wheat flour, the taste will be harder and more Q, with glutinous rice flour added, the taste will be softer and waxy. The ratio of flour to glutinous rice flour can be adjusted according to my preference, I usually choose to add half.
2. Mixing the noodles with boiling water can make the dough softer, and eating more such noodles will not hurt the stomach.
3. The filling of fried cake can be selected according to your own preference, red bean paste or jujube puree can be used.
