It’s been almost two months since the oven arrived home. I haven’t tried it successfully. Instead, I think the microwave oven and electric baking pan are easy to use. The kitchen utensils I'm used to are like my gentle little lover. You understand its usefulness. You like temperature control, and you can put the ingredients in safely. Then I just waited for the desired effect to come out, but the oven remained unruly. Several failures ended. That night it was snowing outside and the room was very warm. I read a small recipe from the Internet and made this small meal bag on a whim, but I didn’t expect it. This time it finally succeeded.
I also found the reason for the previous failure. It turns out that the temperature indicator on the oven has a small red dot, and I always use the four words of the temperature indicator as an indicator point every time, so the 200 degrees I want is almost the same. It's 250 degrees, and it's no wonder if it doesn't fail at such a temperature.
Maybe butter is good for bread, but I don't have it in my house, so I use lard. Only the egg yolk was used to make the biscuits, and there were three egg whites left, so I used them all.
Red beans [Efficacy]: Relieve wind and heat, dry dampness and relieve itching, moisturize skin and nourish skin

There is also a special reminder, this is my first time learning, don’t learn from me"

Bean Paste Meal Buns

1. You don’t need to pass the eggs on the original recipe, because there are three egg whites left in making the biscuits, so I was bored and passed the whites.

2. The beaten egg whites are added to all ingredients except lard

3. After making up, add lard to continue making noodles

4. And into a smooth dough

5. The dough is doubled

6. Knead again to exhaust

7. Prepared red bean paste filling

8. Divide the kneaded dough into the same size agent

9. Press the flat bun with red bean paste filling

10. Close the mouth and let it ferment for another 20 minutes

11. Oven 160 degrees, 20 minutes

12. It's not good in the eyes of a master, but this is my first time, and I am really happy.

Tips:

The skin of my small meal bag is a bit hard, maybe the reason is that no butter is used.
