Bean Paste Pumpkin

180g pumpkin after peeling and seeding, cut into pieces and steamed in a pot until soft.

Pour 250g glutinous rice flour, 50g corn starch, 50g stalk rice flour, 30g white sugar and steamed pumpkin into the container. (Sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal preference)

Stir evenly into this state.

Slowly add hot water little by little and knead to form a dough, be patient, knead until the "three light" dough is light, the container is light, and the hand is light, and you are done.

Divide the kneaded dough into 12 equal parts, knead round and set aside.

Divide the red bean paste into 8g portions, knead round and set aside.

Take a dough and knead it into a small bowl, put it in the bean paste, and close it with a tiger's mouth. Round, wrap in plastic wrap and set aside.

After wrapping the bean paste, use a small tool to press it in the center.

Take a toothpick and press the "M" shape.

Pumpkin stalk, a little glutinous rice flour and matcha powder, heated water, knead into a ball and stick it on. You can also use raisins and goji berries instead.

Simmer in a pot and steam for 12-15 minutes.
