Bean Paste Snowy Mooncakes

Prepare the ingredients to be used

Mix the salad oil and milk, then add powdered sugar and glutinous rice flour until there are no particles.

Then add sticky rice flour and orange flour, and stir until there are no particles. Pour it into a bowl and let it sit for half an hour.

Put it in a steamer and steam for about 25 minutes.

Stir the steamed dough until it glows. Let it cool is ice skin.

Divide the red bean paste into about 20g and roll it into balls.

My ingredients can make 10 small moon cakes of 50g. You can add or subtract ingredients according to your needs.
