Bean Sprouts and Leek Book Cake

Bean sprouts, remove the head and tail, and wash

Remove the head and tail of the leeks, wash and cut into sections

Wash and shred pork
4.
Spread the eggs into egg skins and shred

Pork fried, seasoned with salt

Add bean sprouts, chives, and eggs to the fried pork.

Just wrap it in a thin pie crust and you can eat it
