Bean Sprouts and Shredded Pork Pancake

Shred the tenderloin, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, marinate for 20 minutes, stirring several times during the process.

Prepare other ingredients: bean sprouts, cake shreds, shredded green pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic.
