Bean Sprouts in Sauce

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Wash and pick the bean sprouts, wash and cut the green onions.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add some fine salt to adjust the taste, then blanch the bean sprouts and green onions in the pot for a minute.

Don't put the lid on, just leave the lid open and boil it.

Then use light soy sauce, shiitake mushroom sauce, and vinegar to make a sauce.

Put the boiled bean sprouts on a plate under water control, and then drizzle with the adjusted sauce.
Tips:
If you want bean sprouts to taste crispy, you don't need to blanch them for too long.
