Bean Sprouts in Sauce

Prepare the ingredients used.

Pick the bean sprouts and wash them.
3.
Add water and fine salt to the pot to bring to a boil. Put the washed bean sprouts and green onions into the pot.

Just blanch it for a minute.

Then use bamboo shoots and shiitake mushroom sauce with soy sauce and vinegar to taste.
