Bear Paw Dumplings
1.
Divide the glutinous rice flour into two equal parts, add one part to the dough with warm water, and set aside. After adding cocoa powder to one portion, mix well and set aside.
2.
After adding warm water to the mixed powder, mix into a dough.
3.
Put the two dough aside and wake up for a quarter of an hour.
4.
Make the two-color dough into 10g and 5g small doses, the small paws are not weighed, and adjust according to the size of the gnocchi.
5.
Flatten up to 10 grams of dough, squeeze 5 grams of dough with water and paste on it to make a meat pad, and make 3 small doughs with water (forgot to take pictures during the process). Boil a pot of water, boil the water and put the glutinous rice balls one by one. After the glutinous rice balls float up, cook for half a minute and then eat.
Tips:
I don't like sweet ones, so I didn't add sugar. If you don’t like the original flavor, sugar can be added to the noodles for seasoning.
