Mix rice flour with boiling water and knead it into a smooth dough.

Squeeze the spinach juice and pour the glutinous rice flour little by little and stir into granules.

Add two-thirds of the sticky rice flour and knead into a smooth dough.

Cut into the same size agent.

Knead the noodles with your hands, add the bean paste filling and rub the same size balls in advance.

Roll into a circle.

Roll out the remaining third of the sticky rice noodles into slices.

Use a mold to buckle out a small round piece with your hand, pinch a corner with your hand and stick it on the green ball. Place a small piece of green agent that is rolled into a circle and gently press it firmly by hand.

Tips:
Sticky rice noodles must be blanched with boiling water or not easy to crack.
The spinach juice needs to be poured into the glutinous rice flour a little bit because the ratio of spinach juice to glutinous rice flour cannot be exactly right.
The red bean paste must be rolled into balls in advance, so it is better to make my red bean paste by myself, so there is no picture above.
